How often should I service my lawn mower?
For most customers, we recommend servicing your lawn mower at least once a year. Regular servicing helps keep your machine running safely, efficiently and reliably, especially before the main mowing season.
Commercial customers or customers using machinery heavily may need more frequent servicing.
My lawn mower will not start. Can you help?
Yes. Starting problems are one of the most common issues we deal with. This could be caused by fuel problems, spark plug issues, carburettor faults, battery problems, filters, general wear and tear or other mechanical issues.
We can inspect the machine and advise on the best course of action.
Can you repair ride-on mowers?
Yes. We provide servicing and repairs for ride-on mowers used by domestic and commercial customers.
Please contact us with the make, model and issue you are experiencing so we can advise on the next steps.
Do you provide a quote before carrying out repairs?
Where possible, we will advise you of the likely repair work and costs before proceeding.
In some cases, machinery needs to be inspected or diagnosed before we can confirm what work is required.
What happens if my equipment cannot be repaired?
Sometimes, after inspection or diagnosis, machinery may be found to be beyond economical repair or not repairable.
Where time has been spent inspecting, testing or diagnosing the equipment, a diagnostic fee may be charged. We will always aim to explain this clearly and advise you of your options.

Do you sell garden machinery?

Do you sell reconditioned machinery?
Yes, reconditioned machinery may be available from time to time.
This can be a cost-effective option for customers looking for reliable equipment without buying brand new.
Can you help me choose the right machine?
Yes. We can provide practical advice based on your garden size, usage, budget and whether the equipment is for domestic or commercial use.
